30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery for eligible items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at stretchfit.partnerships@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for return instructions before sending any item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing packaging, or unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
