Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse when inventory is available. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

United States Shipping

Standard Shipping: $5.99, with free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more. Estimated transit time is 3-7 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible at stretchfit.partnerships@outlook.com if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows unusual delays, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant photos. We will help you work with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, our primary shipping service is within the United States. Any future international availability, rates, duties, and taxes will be shown at checkout.
